Choose from 1) LIVE 5K Run/Walk 2) VIRTUAL (Pick your distance, date and location)

Live 5K starts at 10 am (Awards presented at approximately 11:15 am)

ONLINE REGISTRATION CLOSES Wednesday March 26th at 6 pm, after that time you can only register in person at packet pickup (Thursday or Friday). No race day registrations will be accepted.

T-Shirts not guaranteed if not registered by March 11th at Midnight, there will not be a second shirt order.

Race Day (Saturday, March 29th) Packet Pickup: 9:00 am – 9:45 am The Bent Prop at MRBC at 1085 Council Oak Drive in Sioux City (behind the ball fields in Riverside Park)

VIRTUAL PARTICIPANTS:
Run or walk your distance anywhere and anytime you choose: trail, sidewalk or treadmill! (Be sure to follow runner safety!)

After running, post a photo or video and share your virtual race experience on Missouri River Runner social media.

Packet Pickup
Peak Performance Packet Pickup: March 27th (Thursday) 4 pm – 6 pm and March 28th (Friday) 12 pm – 6 pm. (Peak Performance is located at 4501 Southern Hills Dr, Suite 19, Sioux City)
