Join the MRR crew for a group run on Saturday, March 15th at the STF Expo Center.  The run will start at 8 AM.  All paces and distances are welcome.  Usual paces range from 7-12 minutes per mile and distances range from 4-12 miles.  Don’t be afraid to come run if you don’t want to run that fast or far, we want to accommodate and support all runners.
