Come join the MRR crew for a run at Adams Nature Preserve.  The run starts from the visitor center at 8 AM.  All paces and distances are welcome.  Adams offers many out-and-back or loop options for a variety of distances.  The trails are flat and are made of crushed limestone surfaces.
